Hi, my name is Dr. Shawn Jorgenson I practice in Everett, Wa as
clinic director of This Clinic since 1999 and worked
Kirkland and in Marysville before that. I graduated from
Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa, I am, however, a
native to the northwest being born at Overlake in Bellevue and
raised in the Redmond and Kirkland areas.
I spent some time in the Army and Army National Guard (8 years
all together) after high school and into my college years, But my
passion since I was 8 years old was to become a Chiropractor and be
able to make a difference in people's lives and their health.
I am married to a wonderful woman, we share 7 wonderful
children and we live in Marysville. My 4th born is a boy
named Noah and he is a special child, you see he was born with a
rare genetic disorder called Angelman Syndrome. This
condition leaves him without the ability to talk and everything he
learns comes very slowly, he is also prone to seizures, as of this writing,
he is 12 and still barely able to walk. We are working with him with
much collaboration with other chiropractors, physical therapists,
occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, and many others
that just care and are able to help.
I love being a chiropractor because I have the ability to meet
with all kinds of different people with a variety of different
health issues and most of those people I am able to touch their
lives and help in a significant positive way and when I can do that
it makes all my years of school and all my continuing education and
all the work being clinic director worth every minute.
